- When will my order ship out?
- All order received before 5 PM CST will be shipped out the same day. Custom Cufflink orders require an additional 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
- Domestic Shipping & Delivery
- We offer a few shipping options. Domestic shipping costs range from our Flat Rate $5.99 USPS First class mail service, to the Fedex Express options ranging from $12 - $25.
- International Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship international orders to Canada and the UK only. We offer a flat rate USPS First class mail option for $7.99 and also a Flat Rate FedEx International Express Shipping option for $29.99

- Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our System uses multiple SSL certificated to secure its shopping carts. We have a 128Bit and 256Bit Secure SLL from COMODO and Rapid SSL.
- Returns & Replacements
- You may return an item in its original unopened condition for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process the refund or credit. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
